Our NSS Unit consists of 100 members, 50 from 1’st year and 50 from 2’nd year B.E/ B.Tech students. It’s effectively functioning with the following criteria:
– Regular activities of 100 hours every year.
– Conducting special camp of 10 days every year in a village nearby.

We are proud to say that this year our NSS unit has constructed 2 toilet cum bathrooms in palavedu village under swaach bharat summer internship programme 2018. On 28.11.2018 Thiru M.Jothikumar.,Avadi municipal commissioner inaugurated the occasion.

a. Vigilance Awareness Week ( 29th oct to 3rd nov) is conducted to eradicate corruption free India.
b. Nilavembu Kashayam is distributed on 28.10.2018 to Hostel students in the fight against H1N1 Virus
c. A Medical Camp was conducted in college students on 07.10.2018 . Dr.Nasser Ashwak Ahamed, consultant Dermatalogist Applol Hspitals gave treatment to 72 students of our college.
