About the Department
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering is well-equipped with the state-of-art laboratories. The department has regularly been producing efficient students with outstanding academic and overall performance. The department has experienced faculty members with different specialization. We have the credit of being rated at the fifth place among the engineering colleges in Tamilnadu by A.C.Nielson Group.

The vision of ECE Department is to prepare and mould creative, globally competent engineers with professional excellence in the field of Electronics and Communication. We believe that the true excellence in education requires a deep knowledge in their fields of study, coupled with a commitment to social justice.
MISSION
- To develop pedagogical process to meet the educational Objectives and Outcomes of the B.E Programme in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- To educate the students with the state of art technologies to meet the growing challenges of the industry and to guide them towards research in varied fields of Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- To facilitate students and faculty members to have constant interaction with research organizations and industries.
